Club Del Morocco

The Del Morocco on 2417 Jefferson St. was a plush dinner club venue with a two hundred patron capacity, owned by Theodore “Uncle Teddy” Acklen.

The King Kasuals, founded by Billy Cox and Jimi Hendrix were the house band in the mid 1960s, later continuing the residency as Johnny Jones and the King Casuals.
