A short run country label with only two known releases: one by Brownie Johnson, in 1964, and the one by Kenny B. Jones, in 1965.

Evidence suggests it was a Murray Nash label.

Both releases includes tracks credited to Biggs, Biggs, and Robbins. The Biggs were a husband and wife songwriting du from Nashville and 'Robbins' refers to "Pig" Robbins who did session work for Murray Nash's suite of labels and who releases tracks written by Biggs, Biggs, and Robbins on some of his own 45s. All songs were published by Ashna Music, which was owned by Murray Nash.

Address listed for the label was Box 701, Nashville, Tenn, which corresponds to other labels run by Murray Nash, including Do-Ra-Me, among others. Distribution on those 45s was done by Country Music Nashville, while on the Gilco Records it is listed as C-M-N.
